韓劇《戀人》遭指抄襲《亂世佳人》！網列對比：根本只是翻拍！
MBC韓劇《戀人》收視率越來越好，在開播前就被認為是MBC下半年度最值得期待的戲劇，然而開播初期卻因為選角爭議遇上了意想不到的障礙，不過第四集之後靠著眾人口耳相傳，第五集收視率開始爬升。
編劇黃真英曾表示「我是從《亂世佳人》獲得靈感」，《戀人》是以清朝侵略朝鮮的丙子戰爭時期為背景，講述陷入戰爭中的戀人的愛情以及在苦難中燃起希望的百姓的故事。
《戀人》總共20集，並且分成兩季播出，第一季在2日播畢，有網友在韓國論壇上傳了一篇《戀人》與《亂世佳人》的比較。
首先是角色對應，柳吉彩對應的是斯佳麗·奧哈拉、李張灦是瑞德·巴特勒、南延俊是阿什利·威爾克斯、景恩愛是梅蘭尼·漢密爾頓、具遠武是弗蘭克·肯尼迪、孔淳若是查爾斯·漢密爾頓、鍾鍾兒是普里斯、方斗嫂則是普里斯的媽媽。
接著是柳吉彩對於戰爭的反應，聽到戰爭的事情時柳吉彩無聊到打呵欠，跟斯佳麗對於南北戰爭的反應一模一樣，斯佳麗甚至表示如果要繼續談論不會發生的戰爭，那她就要回家。
再來是吉彩為了向延俊展現自己的魅力而故意吸引宴會上的男人的目光，導致那些男人被自己的女伴教訓。相同的場景也出現在《亂世佳人》中，斯佳麗知道阿什利要公開婚訊，便在派對中故意吸引其他男性，那些男性的女伴也因此發火。
除此之外還有延俊發表應該跟清朝打仗的演說被李張灦反駁不一定能贏與《亂世佳人》中瑞德說南北戰爭發生，南部不見得能贏相當雷同。另外還有李張灦對於「天命」的說法與瑞德的「名分」、李張灦拒婚的傳聞對應上瑞德不與同處馬車到很晚的女人結婚，這些都是網友提出的相同點。
還有吉彩向延俊告白遭拒絕，張灦隨後故意去鬧吉彩、婚禮進行到一半突然有人衝進來說女真族攻進來、張灦拒絕加入義軍讓村民憤怒、戰前延俊向恩愛求婚、張灦給吉彩短刀讓她在危急時使用、逃難途中吉彩讓鍾鍾兒幫忙接生，鍾鍾兒卻表示自己沒做過這種事…等等，網友一共羅列了22項，全都能在《亂世佳人》中找到對應的場景。
網友們看了比較文章後也大感驚訝「這樣我也可以當編劇了」、「他真的沒在怕耶，內容跟這麼有名的電影幾乎一樣，當然會被拿出來說」、「我在看的時候也覺得跟《亂世佳人》太像了，難怪會被說剽竊」、「哇…這根本只是翻拍吧，幹嘛說自己是原創」、「真的是滿像的」、「這種程度不只是獲得靈感了吧…」
